• During sales, drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Felon Supply is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If you have an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.
